BBG and BodyBoss can both be done at home, with very minimal equipment. I regularly use a pair of lightweight dumbbells, and I bought myself a plyo box online -- but you could use some stairs, or a heavy-duty box or platform, instead. I wish I had another program to recommend, but I'm so new to this, I don't think I can.

I'm going to agree with the others here- I've definitely seen results from it, and I like having a physical book to take with me when I'm travelling, but it's no different than other similar guides.

I use their videos for strength training, and I really like the format of the workouts, as well as their health-over-aesthetic, body-positive message. I just poked around the fitness blender site and I'm gonna give it a go, thanks for the suggestion!
